Protect native plants by removing Arctic Scilla from the park. While so many like to see these purple flowers in spring, it is an aggressive bulb that reproduces rapidly through seed and bulblets, creating dense mats that choke out all natives. Come and help! Wear good shoes and gloves. Meet as always in the parking lot. AND TELL EVERYONE TO NOT BUY THIS PLANT AT THE GARDEN STORE!
